Reporting a Singles Game
(NOTE: BOTH Players from the losing team need to report a Singles Game.)

Click on "Report Loss". You will be taken to the Singles report loss page on Case's site.

Enter YOUR User Name & Password here and Click "LOGIN"

On this page, Enter the Names of the team Members you just lost to.
The spelling MUST BE EXACT or you will get an Error.
(Make sure you include any Spaces, Underscores or Dashes they may have in thier name)

Click on "REPORT LOSS".

Your Match Has Been Successfully Recorded

Copy this line and paste it into the game table you just played on to let everyone know the game has been reported. Never leave the game table until the game has been reported.

If it does not, you will get an error saying something like XYZ Player does not exist. Make sure you didn't miss any spaces, Dashes or Under Scores in there name. The NAME MUST Match Exactly!
Hit the back button in your web browser and repeat the last step.
Your User name and Password is the same one you use to sign up for a Singles tournament.
